how... |

Artmoney works like a
dream!! I'm using version 6.23 and you can find it at http://www.artmoney.ru/. Here's
how it works:
1. Start Artmoney, then start SC4
and load your city/start a new city
2. Pause your city
so your money value won't change.
3. Remember your
monetary value and start a search in Artmoney as follows:
search type - exact value value - your mentary
value type - integar (standard)
4. It might return
hundreds of values it found or might return the 2 you need. If
it returns just 2 then you can change those values to whatever
you like. I seem to have hit a limit of 999,999,999. Anything
higher dropped back down to this. After you've got the value
you want entered you can freeze it by clicking in the "F"
column. Now you can spend to you hearts delight and your money
level never drops. I also recommend saving your city at this
point, just to make sure you'll have that money when you
reload your city. When you go back into your city unpause the
game b/c I noticed the change doesn't take effect until you
do. It also might take a second or two to update, so be
patient.
5. If you still have more than 2 then go back
into SC4 and spend some money. Now remember than new monetary
value.
6. Back in Artmoney use the Filter
tool and using the same criteria as before enter your new
monetary value and it will eliminate those values from your
previous searched list that don't match. I only needed to
filter once and had the 2 I needed. Do this as many times as
you need to in order to narrow it down.
I'm not sure
why there are 2 values with 2 different memory addresses. It
could be one that is used for the actual value and the other
is for when that value appears somewhere else, like in the
budget or in the display when you load your city from region
mode. Also I recommend using the freeze option becuase I tried
it without and I got similar results to the trainer that some
where I suddenly had a huge defecit after then month changed.
I was suddenly -$4 million and all I had was a power plant!
Also after that happened the memory address changed so I had
to do a new search. Each time you load your city you'll have
to repeat this process because it stores it somewhere
different each time you play. Once found though just freeze it
and you should be set. If you want to make extra sure that you
don't go balistically bancrupt just save your game and close
down Artmoney.
If anyone knows anything contrary to any of the above
please speak up becuase I didn't test this in every possible
situation.

Anyone try it? How's it working for you? I've
been using it for a couple days now and I've had no
problems.
