For those of you who have been begging for months and months for a way
to get around the budget limitations ICC creates, here's a way to do
just that!
Download a program called Artmoney from http://www.artmoney.ru/
With this program, you can search through your computer's memory for specific values, and change those values in realtime.
You
start ICC, start Artmoney, and search in ICC's memory for the number
that is the Basic budget allowance for your club. I used this as
Northamptonshire, and Artmoney found it first go. For other clubs, it
may give more than one result, in which case you'll need to try each
one individually to see what works. All you have to do is change the
value in Artmoney to a very large number, ie 5,000,000 then you'll be
able to spend as much money on contracts as you want!
Artmoney
can also be used to give yourself unlimited coaching and physio
sessions. You can use the Search and Sieve (search within results)
functions of Artmoney to find the values corresponding to your numbers
of coaching and physio sessions remaining.
If you're a
complete cheater who just wants to win everything without trying, you
can even use Artmoney to edit your team/opposition/individual scores
during a match.
As yet, I haven't found a way to edit the
skills of the players, but maybe someone out there can figure that out,
then we'll be able to control every single aspect if the game we want!
ps
This post is provided as information for those who want to cheat in the
game. If you do not want to cheat, ignore this post and continue
playing as normal. This cheat (unless it can be figured out how to edit
player skills) can not affect online teams, and, though i haven't
tested this, i believe it would probably cause a crash/disconnection if
used during an online game.

I must confess to knowing how to do this but why would you ever want to
do it especialy if you are going to play online.
It is just totaly unfair to those who dont cheet.

I'm afraid to say but I just successfully did this cheat in ICC 2000
which would mean it is possible to do it in 2002 since they are both
encrypted the same(I think they are).

who cares ? everyone already cheats at the contract screen whats wrong with another cheat ?
i am openly going to say when my cd drive is fixed and i can use icc i am going to use this cheat
as a matter of fact i have already downloaded the program
and
the darkest day in the history off icc is in fact when the youth cheat
where you replay the contracts screen until you get a decent player was
made public
oh and one more thing thank you just geoff and i see you are also a new zealander, so am i, good on ya

cheating is cheating so this is no worse than the contracts screen
cheat. i must thank geoff as he has sucessfully made a way to UPDATE
PLAYER STATISTICS to their current. all of u immediately think the
worst. but y not think of the positives. and as geoff says it probably
doesn't work online(like the 16m game). so to all of those who bag
geoff i say, (if u can use the cheat online)good on ya geoff has recked
the online game. and to all of u who congratulate geoff i say good on
ya, geoff has succesfully discovered a way to add and update
stats, as well as livening up the offline game. so i have an
indifferent felling about the cheat.
